How do milestone payments work?
The project is split into 3 main steps: Concept/Design, Core Development, and Final Delivery. You only fund each milestone when that specific phase begins. The payment for the current step is released once you review and approve the progress updates sent in chat.
Will we have any video calls or meetings to discuss the project?
No, I manage the entire workflow asynchronously and exclusively through Fiverr chat. This ensures we keep a clear written record of every detail, easily share assets, and proceed smoothly without any time zone or scheduling conflicts.
What happens if I need to request changes during production?
Revisions are fully integrated into Milestone 2 (Development). I will send you work-in-progress previews via chat so you can provide a written feedback list. I will implement all necessary adjustments before moving forward to the final optimization phase.
What do you need from me to start the project?
Right after placing the order, a requirements form will appear. Simply provide your project description, any visual references or styles you like, text, logos, and any necessary source files. The more details you share, the more accurate the initial concept will be.
Will I receive the source files when the project is completed?
Yes, all agreed-upon source files and optimized final assets ready for deployment will be officially delivered during the final milestone (Milestone 3), right after passing the final quality check.
What happens if I take a few days to reply to an update?
Since we communicate asynchronously, you can review updates at your own pace. However, please keep in mind that the delivery schedule depends on your feedback. Significant delays in approving a milestone will naturally extend the final completion date.
Can we add extra features or assets after the project has started?
Yes. If you need additional features, pages, or assets that weren’t included in our initial agreement, we can easily add an extra milestone or a custom add-on to cover the new requests without interrupting the ongoing workflow.
Do I get full commercial rights for the final delivery?
Yes, absolutely. Once the final milestone is approved and the order is officially completed, you receive 100% full commercial rights. You are free to use, launch, and modify the final assets however you like.
Do you provide support or fixes after the order is officially closed?
Yes, I offer a 2-day technical support window after the final milestone is delivered to fix any unexpected bugs or issues directly related to the original scope of work. Please note that this window does not cover adding new features, text changes, or structural modifications, which would require a
