This is a professional service priced according to the quality I provide. Honestly, a $5 banner is not going to work wonders for your business. Anyone charging $5 for a banner likely does not have the knowledge to produce a design that's going benefit your product or business.
Do you offer unique or template designs

Do you I need a logo for the design
Yes but if you don't have a logo we can just use a title. If you're looking to add a professionally designed logo to your order you can contact me before placing the order and we can reach a custom agreement for both
Can I get the source file for the design
Yes! the Photoshop source file is available for an additional $10 and will allow you or a designer to make edits to the banner in the future.
How many revisions am I entitled to?
There's no limit to the revisions. I am committed to your satisfaction. When you're happy I'm happy! On average my clients have a design they are happy with in 1 or 2 revisions.
What software do you use for creating your designs
I have a licensed subscription to Adobe CC suite. The latest version of Adobe Photoshop will be used to create your banner.. However, if you wish me to make use of CorelDraw, I can make that happen too
