FAQ
What's included in the monthly care plan exactly?
Weekly backups, plugin/theme/core updates, security scans, uptime monitoring, a monthly performance report, and minor content edits (text/image changes on existing pages).
How many content edits are included per month?
It depends on the package — Basic includes 1 edit, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited minor edits. Check package details or message me for a custom plan.
What happens if my site gets hacked during the plan?
I'll do my best to clean and restore it as part of the care plan. If it requires major recovery work, I'll let you know if it needs an additional scope/order.
Can I cancel or pause the monthly plan anytime?
Yes, since each month is ordered separately on Fiverr, you're not locked into a long-term contract. You can simply not renew if you want to stop.
Do I need to give you admin access to my site?
Yes, WordPress admin access (or hosting/cPanel access for backups) is required so I can perform updates and maintenance directly. Please send it securely after placing the order.
Will I get a report of what was done each month?
Yes, I send a simple monthly report covering updates performed, backups taken, security scan results, and any issues found or fixed.
Is this plan suitable for e-commerce (WooCommerce) sites?
Yes, I can maintain WooCommerce sites too. Message me your site details before ordering so I can recommend the right package for your traffic and complexity level.
