How can I be sure that I will be happy by the delivery? What about revisions?
I will give you a live demo of all the work done for you before the delivery. If there will be any revisions required, I will gladly make them till the time you are completely happy by the output, so you can be sure that the delivery will be 100 percent up to your expectations :)
What if I lost my website due to hosting issues or by accidentally deleting some files out of it?
I can not take responsibility if the code was deleted accidentally or if your hosting crashed after the delivery. However I try to keep back-ups at delivery time and if I will have the backup of your website, I will restore it FREE of cost.
Can I get discounted price?
Yes, I can offer you discounts according to your website needs and budget. We can discuss about it and I will try my best to be as helpful as I can.
Can I get your contact details like Email, Skype etc to communicate easily?
NO, I am sorry this is against Fiverr's Terms of Service! All the communication must take place in written form via Fiverr messaging system and all the payments MUST be paid via Fiverr. Please do not contact for job offers that go against Fiverr TOS.
Which Drupal versions do you maintain?
Drupal 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. For Drupal 7 sites I can keep them patched, but since Drupal 7 is end of life I will also tell you honestly whether an upgrade to Drupal 10 or 11 is the better spend.
Do you take a backup before touching my live site?
Always. I take a full file and database backup, apply and test the work on a staging copy, then deploy to live. If anything behaves unexpectedly I roll back immediately, so your site is never left broken.
What if there is an issue after the website is complete? Will you resolve it?
I will be here to solve any issues in the work done by me as soon as possible, but I can not take responsibility if contacted regarding an issue after months or years!
What access do you need, and how do you handle my logins?
I need an admin user on the Drupal site, plus hosting, FTP or SSH details if server level work is required. Share them only inside the Fiverr order page, never in chat. I use them for your job alone and ask you to change them after delivery.
Can I book ongoing monthly maintenance instead of a one off fix?
Yes. Many clients start with a one off clean up, then move to a monthly plan that covers updates, security patches, backups, monitoring and a set number of small change requests. Message me and I will quote a plan that fits your site.
My Drupal site is down right now. How fast can you start?
Message me before ordering and I will confirm my current availability. Urgent white screen, 500 error and broken update situations are my priority, and the fast delivery extra puts your job at the front of my queue.
