FAQ
Will my products, orders and apps be kept?
Yes. A redesign only changes the theme. Products, collections, orders, customers, apps and settings stay exactly as they are, and I check your apps still display correctly in the new design.
Do you work on my live store?
No. I work on a duplicate of your theme, so your live store keeps selling during the redesign. You preview everything, and the new theme is published only after your approval.
Which Shopify themes do you work with?
Dawn and every Online Store 2.0 theme, premium themes like Impulse, Prestige or Broadcast, and custom themes built by another developer. For a full custom design I build OS 2.0 sections on a clean base.
Can you build my store from a Figma design or a store I like?
Yes. Send the Figma link or the stores you like, I turn them into sections you edit yourself. A reference store is used for inspiration only, never copied.
Can I edit the store myself after delivery?
Yes. Every redesigned page is built with sections and blocks you edit in the theme editor, and you get a short video showing how to change texts, images and products.
Do you still do small Shopify tweaks?
Yes. Message me with a screenshot of the change and I send a custom offer. I look at it first and tell you what it involves.
