What audio formats do you accept?
I accept MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, MOV, and MP4. If you have another format, just message me and I'll be able to help.
How accurate will the transcription be?
I provide 99% accuracy. For clear audio with 1 - 2 speakers. for heavy accents, overlapping speech, or very bad audio, accuracy may be 95%+. I'll let you know before I start.
Do you sign an NDA for confidential files?
Absolutely. I respect your privacy 100%. All files are deleted after delivery and I can sign an NDA if needed.
Do you provide timestamps and SRT files?
Yes! Timestamps are included in Standard and Premium packages. SRT subtitle files are included in Premium, or you can add them as a gig extra.
What is the difference between clean and verbatim transcription?
Clean: Filler words like "im, uh, you know" are removed for readability. Verbatim: Every word, filler, and repetition is included exactly as spoken.
How long will delivery take?
Basic and Standard packages take 2 days while Premium takes 24 hours to complete, however if you need it fast, I can offer 24-hour delivery as a gig extra.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit to start and the other 50% paid on delivery.
What if my audio has multiple speakers or bad quality?
No problem. I note speakers as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc( note that I offer gig extras if the number of speakers exceeds the one specified in the desired package). For bad audio or heavy accents there may be a small $5 fee. Message me first and I'll check the sample.
