FAQ
Why should I contact you before placing an order?
Reaching out before placing an order helps us avoid any confusion. It ensures your hosting, domain, and content are ready, and lets me understand exactly what you need. This saves time and helps prevent order cancellations due to missing information.
What do you need to get started?
To begin, I’ll need your domain and hosting login, your logo (if you have one), and the list of pages you'd like (e.g., Home, About Us, Services, Contact). I’ll also need the text and images for each page. If you don’t have content yet, no problem; I can use demo content for now.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
No, I don’t provide domain or hosting directly. However, I can guide you to the best and most affordable hosting and domain providers. Just send me a message and I’ll help you choose what’s right for your site.
Will you make the website live on my hosting?
Yes, I’ll upload the website to your hosting and make it live at no extra cost. I’ll just need your hosting or cPanel login details.
Will I be able to manage the website myself?
Yes! Your site will come with an easy-to-use admin panel, so you can update text, images, or even add new pages — no coding required. I also provide tutorials if needed.
Do you offer revisions?
Absolutely. Your satisfaction is my top priority. I offer multiple revisions to ensure the website meets your expectations.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes, your website will be fully responsive and work smoothly on all devices — mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Can I see examples of your work?
Of course! I’ve completed over 500 projects. Just drop me a message and I’ll share my portfolio with you.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! I offer free lifetime support for bug fixes, and I’m always here to help you maintain or grow your website.
