Wordpress Sites?
Yes i develop wordpress websites other then wix.
What I need before starting?
Once ordered, then i need these: include - Logo (colours for your site) - Content (or I will just leave up example text, for you to edit later) - Customisation requests/ links to other sites (order the customisation extra) - Any images / videos if you have them.
WIX Restrictions
WIX is a non-technical page builder, therefore there are some things it just doesn't do: - Job Posting Boards (for recruitment sites) - Real Estate Listing Capabilities - Complex Databases MySQL - Custom Php - Customised backend code. - 'Multi-Vendor' Stores (Normal stores are great!)
Custom CSS?
Yes, I can. WIX has a code 'embed' tool. Though with Custom CSS, there will be an extra charge depending on the project. Though, not all CSS jobs are possible through WIX. Please message me prior to discuss.
No Content Yet? What to do.
I don't write website content, or do graphic design. I can source the pictures for you (mostly royalty free). However, it is advised that you source the text/ content yourself. Try one of the Fiverr content writers before ordering. They usually start around $5-20
WIX SEO
Despite the negative press, Wix does have a good SEO editing platform. You can edit the basic descriptions, keywords/ tags for your website. Though, WIX sites are designed for sites marketing themselves through Social Media and Paid Ads. If your business is 'SEO' focused, go for Wordpress.
WIX Fee's
WIX is free to use, but they provide you with a wix url. If you want to connect your own domain and use their premium features, monthly fee's apply with Wix, though relatively inexpensive.
Complex Website Questions?
The best thing to do if you think WIX can't handle your complex website is: 1) Google your website feature and include the keyword 'WIX' 2) Read the WIX forum to see if it's possible. I also have another FAQ answer below talking about WIX restrictions

Couldn't wait for this gig to get over! The problem on here is once sellers get good at what they do, sellers take on more work than they can chew and neglect projects. there were so many issues with this gig it not only set me back on my time line but also added stress to our work, once we demanded to cancel, Haris then started to produce action.
