What do you need from me to fix the issue?
I will usually need temporary WordPress admin access to diagnose and fix the issue. If the problem is related to your hosting/server, I may also need temporary access to FTP/SFTP, SSH, cPanel, Plesk, or your hosting panel.
Do you provide client satisfaction and revisions?
Yes. My goal is to provide high-quality work and ensure you are satisfied with the result. I also provide revisions related to the agreed requirements until the issue is properly resolved.
How long will it take to fix my WordPress issue?
The time depends on the type and complexity of the issue. Many common WordPress bugs can be fixed within a few hours, while more complex problems may require additional time. I will review the issue and provide an estimated timeframe before starting.
Will you work remotely?
No. I do not provide remote desktop or screen-sharing work. I prefer to handle the development and troubleshooting directly on my own laptop, which allows me to work more efficiently and complete the task in less time.
