Do I need to purchase a domain name and hosting before ordering?
Yes. Domain name and hosting are not included and must be purchased before the project begins. We recommend Namecheap (www.namecheap.com), as it covers domain registration, hosting, and SSL in one place for most business websites.
Is content creation included?
Content creation is included in the Landing Page Build (Basic) and Complete Website Creation (Premium) packages. For the Website Design & Development (Standard) package, all final content must be provided by the client before the project begins.
Can I edit the website myself after delivery?
Not by default. Website editing functionality (CMS) is not included unless the CMS add-on is purchased.
Is ecommerce included?
Ecommerce functionality is not included in the listed packages. If you require online payments, product management, subscriptions, bookings, memberships, or any other ecommerce features, please contact us first so we can review your requirements and provide a separate scope.
Are custom features and integrations included?
No. Custom functionality, advanced integrations, booking systems, portals, dashboards, and membership areas are scoped separately.
What happens if my requirements fall outside the package scope?
