Which data can the bot learn from?
PDFs, Word and Google Docs, websites, Notion, help-center articles, spreadsheets and databases. It doesn't train a new model: it finds the right passages in your content, so updates take minutes, not weeks.
How do you stop the bot from making things up?
Answers are built from retrieved passages with sources. Low-confidence questions get "I don't know" or a handoff to a human, and I test the bot on your real questions before delivery.
How much will it cost to run?
Usually cents per conversation with modern models. I set usage limits, caching and model routing, and give you a monthly estimate for your expected traffic before we start.
Is my data safe?
