I build a bot that fixes that. Your team sends a plain message, exactly how they'd text
a colleague:
"meeting with Miller Thursday 2pm, prepare quote, important"
The bot reads it, pulls out the task, due date, priority and category, saves it to your
database, and sends a confirmation back so the sender knows it landed correctly.
Every morning, one summary arrives: what's due today, what's coming tomorrow, and what's
still unfinished with overdue items flagged.

FAQ
Does my team need to install anything?
No. The bot works inside Telegram or WhatsApp — apps your team already uses. SMS and email are also possible. The only change is who they send the message to.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your own accounts (Notion or your database, the messaging platform, and the automation platform). Everything runs on your side, so you keep full ownership. I'll walk you through the setup step by step.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Possibly, depending on volume. Small teams usually fit within the free tiers of the platforms involved. If your usage grows beyond that, a paid plan is around $10–15/month, paid directly to the provider — not to me. I'll tell you upfront what to expect.
Can it work with something other than Notion?
Yes. Airtable, Google Sheets and most tools with an API work the same way. Message me with what you use and I'll confirm before you order.
What if something breaks later?
The system retries automatically if a service is temporarily down, and notifies the user if a message can't be saved. Revisions are included for 14 days after delivery. After that, I'm available for changes and maintenance as a separate paid service.
