What do you need from me to start?
Your store URL, which platform it's on, and which pages or flows matter most. For end-to-end checkout testing, a test discount code or staging access helps.
Will you place real orders on my store?
No. I test checkout right up to the payment step without completing a purchase — nothing is charged and no order data is created.
Do you fix the bugs you find?
I don't change code — I report. Your developer fixes, and Standard/Premium include a free retest round to confirm everything is resolved.
Which eCommerce platforms do you cover?
Shopify and WooCommerce are my focus; I also test Wix, Squarespace, and custom stores.
Will testing disrupt my live store?
No. Testing is non-destructive: no real orders, no data changes, no settings touched.
What if you find no bugs?
Then you get good news in writing: a full clean-bill report covering everything I tested, plus improvement suggestions where I see them. You still get the complete documented test pass.
Do you need login credentials or site access?
No. I test your public pages exactly as a real visitor would. If you'd like logged-in areas tested, you can optionally provide a test account — it's never required.
Is performance or security testing included?
No. This gig covers functionality, usability, responsiveness, and browser compatibility. Performance and security testing are out of scope.
Can you sign an NDA?
