Can i contact you before placing order to discuss my problem?
Yeah absolutely you can contact me anytime for a chat just to make sure that we both are on same page and also to make it clear that can i do that or not. If you are unclear about anything i will be happy to assist you.
Are the prices fixed?
The prices listed in the packages are for problems where you already have a clear error code, for example coming from a WordPress error mail. Everything that has to be researched first will have a different price.
Can you really fix all issues regarding WordPress?
It depends on as sometimes the issue doesn't come from the website itself and for example from server site. If something like this is the case, i could only give you advice on how to continue for getting a fix.
What details are required in order solve the issue?
I need WordPress login details, FTP login details and if the website is broken or unable to login then I will need the cPanel / Hosting details.
How is the price of a project determined?
The price of a project depends on your requirements. I have divided my services into 3 packages: Basic - Standard - Premium. It depends on your requirements which one you choose. For more details, please read the description of the GIG. If you have any questions you can write me anytime.
Can we make a phone call?
Telephoning is unfortunately not possible, as you have to communicate within the platform according to the terms and conditions. As an alternative, voice messages can be sent.
