Which package should I choose?
Basic is for a malware scan and diagnosis only. Standard includes complete malware removal for one WordPress website. Premium also includes blacklist cleanup and additional security hardening. If you are unsure, message me first for a free initial check.
Can you help if I no longer have access to WordPress or wp-admin?
Yes. I can usually work directly through your hosting account, Plesk, cPanel, FTP/SFTP or the database, even if the WordPress dashboard is no longer accessible.
Can you clean an entire hosting account with multiple infected WordPress websites?
Yes. I can clean Plesk or hosting accounts containing multiple infected WordPress installations, files and databases. Please contact me first, as the workload depends on the number and severity of the infections.
Can you remove thousands of spam posts, links or fake users?
Yes. I can remove large amounts of spam posts, injected links, fake users, malicious database entries and other unwanted content caused by a WordPress infection.
Can you remove backdoors, redirects and database infections?
Yes. I can remove malicious files, injected scripts, backdoors, unwanted redirects and infected database content. The exact scope depends on the infection.
Can you help if my hosting provider suspended my website?
Yes. I can inspect and clean the infected WordPress installation or hosting account. After cleanup, I can help prepare the website for review or reactivation by your hosting provider.
Can you help with Google security warnings or blacklist removal?
Yes. I can clean the infection and, if required, work with Google Search Console and submit a reconsideration request. Search Console access is required. Final approval is controlled by Google.
Do you create a backup before cleaning the website?
Yes. Whenever technically possible, I create or verify a backup before making major changes to the infected WordPress installation.
Can we have a call to discuss the problem?
Yes. If needed, we can use Fiverr's available communication or video-call features to discuss the infection and required work. Please message me first so we can check the issue.
Do you clean websites built with other CMS platforms?
No. I specialize exclusively in WordPress and WordPress-related hosting, database and security issues.
