Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes, please message me before ordering. WordPress problems can vary significantly in complexity, so I will review the issue and confirm the most suitable package before you order.
What types of WordPress problems can you fix?
I can troubleshoot WordPress errors, Elementor layout and responsive issues, WooCommerce problems, plugin/theme conflicts, PHP, HTML and CSS issues, templates, forms, product/category displays and general WordPress functionality.
Do you only work with WordPress websites?
Yes. This Gig is specifically for WordPress websites, including Elementor and WooCommerce. I do not offer troubleshooting for Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or other platforms through this Gig.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the fix originally agreed. A new or unrelated website problem is not considered a revision and may require an additional order or custom offer.
Will you need access to my website?
Usually, yes. I may need temporary WordPress administrator access to investigate and implement the fix. Some issues may also require hosting access. I will only request access that is necessary for the agreed work.
Do I need a website backup?
A recent backup is strongly recommended before changes are made. If you are unsure whether your website is backed up, please let me know before work begins.
Can you fix WooCommerce cart, checkout or payment problems?
Yes, I can investigate many WooCommerce product, cart, checkout, shipping and payment configuration issues. Problems involving third-party payment providers or bespoke integrations may require additional investigation or a custom quote.
Are premium plugins, themes or third-party costs included?
No. Any premium plugin/theme licences, hosting charges or third-party service costs are not included in the Gig price.
