What do you need from me to start?
Your site URL, the exact error message or a screenshot, and a temporary WordPress admin user. For server level errors I may also need hosting or cPanel access. You can delete the temporary user after delivery.
My site is fully down. Can you still work on it?
Yes. Most of this work is done through hosting, cPanel or FTP level access and debug logs, not the WordPress dashboard. Send me the URL and what you see, and I will confirm the access I need before you order.
Will you take a backup before fixing?
Yes, where your hosting or access allows it, I take a backup of the files or database parts I will change first. If a backup is not possible on your setup, I will let you know before I change anything.
It broke after an update. Is that covered?
Yes, that is one of the most common jobs in this gig. I check the updated plugin, theme or PHP version against the debug log, then repair, roll back or replace the cause so the site works and stays updated safely.
Can you fix my WooCommerce checkout too?
A WooCommerce error is included in Premium, and a checkout test is available as an extra on other packages. For a full checkout or payment gateway build, message me first and I will quote it honestly.
What if the error comes back?
Tell me within the aftercare period for your package and I will recheck the same error. If a new and different fault caused it, I will show you the evidence and let you know the cost before doing more work.
