Which apps can you connect?
Anything with an API: Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp (via API), Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, PostgreSQL/MySQL, plus custom REST APIs and webhooks.
Do you use n8n Cloud or self-hosted?
Both. If you don't have n8n yet, I recommend self-hosting on a small VPS in Germany (about €5/month): you own the data and there are no execution limits. The setup is included in the Premium package.
Which AI models do you work with?
Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI models via API, plus n8n's AI Agent nodes. You use your own API key; I tell you the expected cost per run before we start.
Will I be able to edit the workflow myself?
Yes. n8n is visual, and I deliver a short screen recording explaining each node. You also get the workflow JSON export.
