I prefer and suggest using either Klaviyo or Omnisend. BUT, if you are on another platform I would be happy to chat and figure out if we can build out your email strategy without shifting platforms.

When we work with a brand we don't just use pre made templates to churn out emails. We understand your brand's voice. Is it a serious brand? Is it all about jokes and memes and puns? Are you a peppy brand? We first understand YOU. Then we build your emails keeping in mind your brand's personality.

Soon as we start I will need to be added into your Klaviyo/Omnisend account as an Admin/Manager. I will do an initial audit and understand more about your current strategy. Based on this and our conversation about your needs I will build out emails for your brand.

As much as you like! If you would like to be a part of both copy and design we can keep you in the loop on what is happening. If you prefer a hands off approach then we are happy to work independently and let you approve only when scheduling campaigns.

Absolutely! As part of the Premium Package, we will build out all your flows and even test them regularly to make sure we can squeeze out as much performance as possible from them!
