I already have a Substack, Can you help me improve it?
Yes. Send me the link and tell me what you’re unhappy with. It could be the design, the About page, the welcome email, or simply how everything is organized.
Can you make a landing page?
Yes. I can customize your Substack welcome and signup pages using the options available on the platform. A separate website or custom-built landing page would need a separate quote.
What do you mean by automation?
Standard and Premium include one welcome email that goes out automatically when someone joins your free subscriber list. Other email sequences or tool integrations are separate
What do I need to provide for the podcast?
Your finished audio file, podcast name, description, and cover artwork. Premium includes setting up the podcast and uploading one episode. Audio editing and submissions to external podcast directories are separate
How does the promotion work?
I’ll use your articles to create five Notes and three social captions, with a plan showing when to share them. These packages cover preparing the content; you publish it through your accounts.
Will this get me new subscribers?
The aim is to make your publication easier to understand and give you useful content to share. I can’t promise a particular number of subscribers or paid memberships.
Do you write the newsletter articles?
You provide the articles, and I format them. If you need help writing them from scratch, let me know before ordering so I can quote that separately.
Can you move my subscribers from another platform?
I can help with eligible subscriber imports as an extra. Send your current platform and list size first so I can check what’s involved. Subscribers must have opted in to hear from you.
Will I be able to manage everything afterward?
Yes. I’ll provide a handover checklist explaining what was set up and how to handle the basic updates.
