Hi, I’m Vaish, the planner behind Whimsy & Plans. I design fully custom trips across Asia, built around your taste, your budget and your pace, not a copy-paste template.
I’ve planned many itineraries for friends and family across Asia, and I’m happy to plan any Asian destination, from Southeast Asia to East Asia and beyond. From a 2-day weekend escape to a 15-day journey, I research the best cafes and local food, stays with personality, hidden gems, “skip this, do that” tips and how to get around.

It began with the people closest to me. Over time I planned trips for my family and friends across Asia, including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. They weren’t copy-paste lists. Each one was researched around who was travelling, what they loved to eat, how fast they liked to move and what they wanted to feel. 15 itineraries later, friends were asking me to plan their next trip before they’d finished unpacking from the last one. Along the way I built a process I’m proud of: a short discovery call, a fully custom day-by-day plan, food and cafe picks, stays with personality, hidden gems, “skip this, do that” tips, and a saved map, all ready for you to book. One of my favourites is an 11-day journey through Vietnam, from the mountains of Sapa to the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An and the cafes of Ho Chi Minh City. Now I’m opening Whimsy & Plans to travellers around the world. It’s for people who want to experience a country, not just visit it for the name. If you’d rather eat where locals eat, wander the quieter corners and come home with stories, not a checklist, I’d love to plan your trip.
