What file do I need to send you?
Send whatever you have — AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, or even a photo of your logo. I'll assess it and let you know the best approach before starting.
What's the difference between a touch-up and a vectorization?
Touch-up = fixing an existing vector logo (alignment, colors, spacing). Vectorization = redrawing a raster/JPG logo into a clean, scalable vector file. Not sure which you need? Message me with your file
Do you use auto-trace or manual redraw?
100% manual — always. Auto-trace produces messy, unusable paths. I redraw every shape by hand using the pen tool for clean, professional results.
Will you change my logo design or keep it the same?
I preserve your original identity — same shapes, colors, and style. I only fix technical issues. Full redesigns are a separate service. Let me know if you want minor tweaks.
What file formats will I receive?
Basic: PNG + JPG. Standard: PNG, JPG, PDF + AI source file. Premium: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS — everything you need for print and digital use.
Is the final file print-ready for large formats like banners and signage?

My logo is just a JPG — can you still vectorize it?

I'm not sure which package I need — how do I choose?

The delivery took way longer then he said once I knew what I was looking for. He isn't very repsonsive, and told me he would reach out within 24 but I was the one that had to reach out to him 48 hours just to give him a chance to meet expection on what he told me. I would not recommend
