FAQ
Do I need to already have a Microsoft 365 subscription?
No — if you don't have one yet, tell me your business size and I'll recommend the right license tier before we start. You'll purchase the license directly from Microsoft; I handle the setup.
Will this migrate my existing emails too?
No, this gig is for setting up a new tenant from scratch. If you have existing mailboxes to move in, check my email migration gig — the two pair well together.
Can you also set up security features like MFA?
Basic MFA is included in Premium. For full Conditional Access, Intune device policies, and tenant hardening, that's covered by my dedicated M365 security gig — I'd recommend that as a follow-up once your tenant is live.
How long does domain verification take?
Usually a few hours once the DNS records are added, though it can take up to 24–48 hours depending on your DNS provider.
What access do I need to give you?
Global admin access to the new tenant (I'll walk you through creating this if it doesn't exist yet) and DNS access for your domain to add the required records.
What if I need more than 50 users?
Message me your user count before ordering — larger tenants are quoted separately since the scope changes significantly.
