FAQ
Can I trust Wigi_Wigel Team?
YES, Wigi_wigel team has certified with more than 10 years of experience in the design world. We have also served more than 1000 designs and been labeled a Top Rated Seller on Fiverr! Customer’s satisfaction is our priority!
How many days does the modern logo process take?
We have delivery times as you can see in my show. We guarantee you complete the emoticons before the delivery time. We NEVER MISS a delivery time and we are always on track.
Why do I need to contact you before ordering?
Because we need to understand exactly what you want before you order it so we can make a logo according to your brief and if you are still unsure I can make a rough sketch first for you. To save time, we need to graphically understand a lot of the styles that you want to apply to your logo.
What if I don't have any concept for the modern logo design?
Yes that’s totally fine! I have experienced enough to make a emote(s). So If you don’t have enough details about your project, you can reach me out first then I can provide you a rough sketch for free so you can get the rough idea
Can I request a special offer if the package doesn’t meet my requirements?
Yes of course. You can send me the details about the special offer on chat first so we can discuss it about your logo creation plans.
What is unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions is for minor changes (like color changes, font changes) only to the main theme that you have decided on. Completely changing the main theme does not count towards unlimited revisions.
What should be prepared to order a modern logo from the Wigi_Wigel Team?
You can prepare the name of your logo design, the figure of your emote, and picture’s references of your logo.
What if I'm not satisfied yet with my delivery?
We can figure it out together and you can tell us EVERYTHING you need or wish to be improved. I will provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is OUR PRIORITY! If you're still not happy, we can guarantee a refund!
