Why do I need to contact you first before ordering?
Because we need to understand exactly what you want before you order it so we can make a logo according to your brief and if you are still unsure I can make a rough sketch first for you. To save time, we need to graphically understand a lot of the styles that you want to apply to your logo.
Can I request a special offer if the package doesn’t meet my requirements?
Yes of course. You can send me the details about the special offer on chat first so we can discuss it about your logo creation plans.
What is unlimited revisions?
Unlimited revisions is for minor changes (like color changes, font changes) only to the main theme that you have decided on. Completely changing the main theme does not count towards unlimited revisions.
