FAQ
What file formats do you support?
CSV and Excel (XLSX) files.
Can you handle large email lists?
Yes, I can process large datasets up to 100,000+ emails via custom offer.
Do you remove duplicate and invalid emails?
Yes, all duplicate and invalid emails are removed automatically.
How fast is delivery?
Depends on package size. Express delivery is available as an extra.
How many email columns are supported?
All email columns.
Can I submit a list where names and emails are in the same column?
Please ensure emails are in a separate column. If a cell contains both a name and email (e.g., John Doe john@email.com), don't worry - my custom Python script automatically cleans the cell, extracts the email, and removes the name formatting for your CRM.
Do you guarantee email deliverability?
I cannot guarantee inbox placement, but I significantly improve list quality by removing invalid, duplicate, and risky emails that negatively affect deliverability.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your files are processed securely in Germany (EU-based) and deleted after delivery.
The package details show "100 Items," but the description says "5,000 rows." Which one is correct?
Fiverr’s "Items Cleared" field is a technical limit. The actual volume is defined in my package title and description. You will receive the full cleaning for the records specified (e.g., 1,000, 25,000 or 100,000 rows), regardless of that field.
