The listed package prices cover a standard environment up to 10 endpoints or 10 users. For larger infrastructures, additional fees may apply depending on the total number of devices, user accounts, and complexity
Will my users lose access to their data or applications during migration?
No. I plan migrations carefully to avoid downtime or data loss. Users keep access to Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and email. Testing and validation are performed before switching production systems.
What information do you need before starting the migration?
I’ll need basic details about your environment — number of users and devices, Active Directory setup, and whether Azure AD Connect or Cloud Sync is already in place. You’ll receive a short questionnaire to ensure a smooth start.
Does this service include Intune and security configuration?
Yes. I can include Microsoft Intune integration, Conditional Access, MFA, and baseline security policies in the Standard or Premium packages. These ensure your new cloud environment is secure and compliant.
Can you provide post-migration support or training?
Yes. All packages include documentation and optional post-migration support. Premium plans also include 2 hours of live support or remote training for IT staff. We can discuss a post-migration package
