I will fix your email deliverability and cut your hosting bill
Reliability and cost fixes for small business hosting, email, and backups
About this Gig
If your emails are landing in spam, or your hosting bill keeps creeping up for no clear reason, I can fix both without moving you to new tools you'll have to learn.
I run production email and hosting infrastructure for a handful of small businesses and my own sites, so I know where these problems usually start: a couple of misconfigured records killing your deliverability, or a hosting plan that was sized wrong the day it was set up and never revisited since.
What you get:
- A plain-language audit of what's actually wrong
- The fix applied, not just a report
- A short explanation of what changed and why

FAQ
Do I have to switch email or hosting providers?
No. I fix what's misconfigured in your existing setup (DNS records, mail server config, hosting plan) rather than migrating you anywhere new.
What do you need access to?
Just DNS access for your domain (or you add the records yourself from a checklist I send) and, if needed, admin login to your hosting panel. No passwords are ever required upfront.
Can you guarantee my emails stop going to spam?
No one honestly can, since inbox placement also depends on your sending habits and reputation. What I guarantee is that your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are set up correctly, which removes the most common technical cause.
How do you cut my hosting bill?
Most small business hosting plans are oversized for what they actually run. I review what you're paying for versus what you use and tell you honestly whether to downsize, consolidate, or stay put.
What email providers do you support?
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work the same way regardless of provider: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a self-hosted mail server like Mailcow. I'll work with whatever you're already running.
