As an experienced Quality Manager, I have over years of practical experience leading factory quality teams. My core scope covers supplier qualification audit, ISO-based quality system audit, manufacturing process audit, incoming material control and pre-shipment inspection. In my previous role as Quality Manager, I oversaw the whole factory quality management system, monitored production processes, organized defect analysis, drove continuous improvement, and tracked CAPA closure. I am familiar with workshop management, quality record review, operator compliance check and risk assessment. When I conduct on-site audits, I will record all findings with photos, sort non-conformities by risk level, explain gaps between the factory’s current status and your requirements, and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations. All reports are written in clear English. This is an independent on-site verification service, not an accredited certification audit. Below are my main responsibility in Bosch Power tools China  Fully responsible for test lab, quality and aftersales sales service management.  Quality management through new product development till mass production.  Responsible for system and process audit and regularly review with the audit result  Lead cross-functional project according to annual company vision breaking down  Conduct quality meeting with top management per month, focus on various Q-KPI.  Lead warranty improve project, reduce the warranty complaint rate within section area.  Supervise daily quality activities with the objective of ensuring product quality meet customer and internal standard  Customer quality management system maintenance  Work with supplier management team to ensure quality requirement is cascade down to supplier chain and drive continual supplier quality performance improvement.
