I have held Director and VP roles at American Express, Fresha, Quandoo and Wells Fargo, and I have watched good businesses stall for reasons nobody named out loud.
Every package is a strategy call on Zoom with the recording and a written action plan you keep. Not notes, but the specific steps in order, with the actual words where words are needed and the one thing to do first named. I research your business and your market before every call, so our time goes on your questions rather than the background, and the packages differ only in how long we talk: 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

What can we cover on the call?
Whatever is in your way, from pricing, growth or a launch that has stalled to a hire, a partnership or a decision you keep putting off. Put it in the brief and I will come prepared.
What if I have questions afterwards?
You get the recording and your written action plan. If you need another call after that, message me.
Do you record the call?
Yes, every package includes the recording, as long as you ask for it, which the requirements remind you to do.
Can we meet sooner?
Ask. I will tell you the truth about my diary rather than promise and slip.
