FAQ
Which file formats can you work from?
DWG, DXF, SKP, RVT, 3DS, FBX, OBJ, PDF, JPG even a clean hand sketch with dimensions. If you only have photos or a rough idea, message me first and we'll figure out what's workable.
Do you design the space, or only render what I send?
This gig covers 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering of a design that already exists. Space planning, layout, and concept design are a separate service message me and I'll quote it.
What do I actually receive?
High-resolution JPG/PNG renders and, where the package includes it, MP4 animation. Source files (SKP, Blend, Max) are included in Premium or available as an extra.
Do you use AI tools?
Something like: "Renders are produced in [Lumion/D5/V-Ray]. I may use AI only for minor post-processing touch-ups, and never for the core geometry or materials.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell me what's off and I'll fix it within your revision allowance. I send a grey-box model for approval before rendering exactly so we catch problems early, when they're cheap to fix.
