It was good working with this Williams. They understood the prototype requirements clearly and delivered a clean CAD model for the handle and rotating roller. Communication was smooth, and the STEP and STL files were provided as agreed. The design was perfect for 3D printing and ergonomic testing. Would definitely work together again.
