I will clean one CSV of up to 100 data rows, 50 columns and 1 MB, using the rules you approve.
Includes:
- Trim unwanted leading/trailing spaces
- Remove duplicates by your chosen key and keep-first or keep-last rule
- Flag conflicting values and ambiguous dates for review
- Preserve text IDs and leading zeros
- Protect cells that could be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas
- Account for every input row
You receive a ZIP with the cleaned CSV, conflict list, row reconciliation and change report. Two-day delivery and one consolidated revision within the agreed scope.
Provide your duplicate key, precedence rule, cleanup rules, encoding/delimiter, locale and destination app. Only send ordinary business data you have permission to share.
CSV only. No Excel workbooks, macros, scans, scraping, enrichment, fuzzy matching, guessed corrections, complex joins, medical data, identity documents or credentials. No automatic date or number conversion.

FAQ
What counts as a duplicate?
You specify the exact column or columns that identify a duplicate and whether to keep the first or last occurrence. Conflicting values are flagged for review. Fuzzy matching and guessed merges are not included.
Will my IDs and dates be preserved?
Values remain text; leading zeros are retained in the CSV. Ambiguous dates are flagged rather than guessed. Import ID columns as text in your spreadsheet app, because opening a CSV directly may make that app change their display or type.
What will I receive?
A ZIP containing the cleaned CSV, conflict list, input-row reconciliation and a change report. One revision covers corrections within the agreed file and rules. New files or new rules need a separate scope.
Do you accept Excel files or sensitive data?
CSV only: one file, up to 100 data rows, 50 columns and 1 MB. Do not send Excel workbooks, macros, scans, medical or identity records, credentials or other sensitive personal data. You must have permission to supply the ordinary business data.
Can you help with a larger CSV?
Please message before ordering. We will confirm whether the files and rules fit, then agree a custom scope, price and delivery time. The $15 entry package is limited to one CSV with up to 100 data rows, 50 columns and 1 MB.
