Messy data usually isn't a data problem. It's a four-people-typed-it-four-different-ways problem. Send me the spreadsheet that has gone sideways and I'll hand back one clean, structured file you can actually build on.
WHAT I FIX
Duplicate and near-duplicate records
Inconsistent dates, currency, phone numbers, names and addresses
Merged cells, stray spaces, broken headers, numbers stored as text
ZIP codes that lost their leading zero
Columns that need splitting or combining
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT
Nothing gets silently changed. Any row I can't resolve on my own is flagged with the reason, so you can decide - I never guess at your data. On Standard and Premium you also get a change log showing every edit.
NO COLUMN LIMIT
Most sellers cap you at 5 columns. I don't. A 40-column file is the same job to me as a 5-column one - bring the whole thing.
HOW PRICING WORKS
1 item = 1 row. Any number of columns. One source file per order.
Multiple files, or anything over 1,000 rows, message me first for a custom offer.
Formats: .xlsx, .csv, .tsv, Google Sheets. Based in the US, so we work the same hours.

FAQ
What counts as one item?
One item = one row, with any number of columns. Most sellers cap you at 5 columns - I don't, because a wide file is the same work to me. One source file per order; multiple files are a custom offer.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. I'll sign an NDA before you send anything, and I'm happy to work from an anonymized sample first. Your files are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask me to keep them.
What do I actually get back?
Your cleaned file, plus your original returned untouched so you can compare. Standard and Premium add a change log listing every edit, and an exceptions tab with the rows that need your decision. Premium adds a reusable template so you can run next month's file yourself.
