What do you need from me to get started?
A free Cloudflare account and a temporary, limited API token that you create (and revoke after delivery). You also pick the AUTH_TOKEN - the password protecting your memory. I never keep your credentials.
Does it support memories in Chinese (or other languages)?
You can store text in any language. Semantic search quality is best in English because the embedding model is English-optimized; other languages still work and keyword fallback always applies.
How is this different from Notion AI or ChatGPT's built-in memory?
Those are per-app, subscription-based, and your data sits on their servers. Second Brain is cross-tool - one memory shared by Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor via MCP - self-hosted on YOUR Cloudflare account for $0/month, with a dashboard you control.
Is Cloudflare's free tier really enough?
Yes for personal and light team use: 100k Worker requests/day and generous D1/Vectorize quotas. The only hard limit is Workers AI at 10,000 neurons/day - on very heavy bulk-import days semantic search may temporarily degrade to keyword search. The app also uses all 5 free cron triggers.
How do I change the password after delivery?
The AUTH_TOKEN is stored as a Cloudflare secret. The manual shows the one-command change, and I'll do it with you on a call/screen-share during the support period if you prefer.
