Enterprise IT & Process Automation - AOK PLUS

DATAGROUP

Jan 2025 - Present • 1 yr 9 mos

Enterprise IT assignment for AOK PLUS through DATAGROUP, with a focus on process automation, business applications and system integration. I develop and improve service workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, connecting systems through REST APIs, JSON and OAuth. Selected project: Service Intake - structured processing and tracking of incoming service requests. My operational IT background helps me understand where manual handoffs and data inconsistencies affect everyday work, and turn those problems into practical automation solutions.
