Should I message you before ordering?
Yes. Describe the issue, device and error message first. I will confirm whether remote support is suitable, agree the scope and timing, and recommend a package. Please redact private information from screenshots.
How does remote support work?
We agree the remote-support method and session time through Fiverr. You approve access, remain present and can end the session. Enter any credentials yourself; never send passwords, 2FA codes or authentication tokens.
Can you help if my internet is completely offline?
Message me first. Guided checks may be possible if you have another working connection and can carry out local steps. Fully remote access cannot work without connectivity. Provider outages, damaged cables or failed hardware may need your ISP or a local technician.
Will you guarantee higher Wi-Fi or internet speeds?
No. Speed and coverage depend on your plan, provider, router, building and devices. I can investigate configuration and connectivity problems and explain likely limits. Equipment purchases, physical installation and enterprise network redesign are not included.
What if the issue cannot be fixed remotely?
The package covers the agreed diagnostic and support time, not a guaranteed fix. I will explain what I found and practical next steps. Hardware faults, provider outages or missing access may require a local technician, provider or account administrator.
When will my session take place?
Please confirm an available session time before ordering, including your time zone. The package delivery period is not a promise of immediate or 24/7 availability. You must be available for any agreed remote session.
What do revisions and additional hours cover?
Revisions address corrections to the original agreed work, within the listed revision count. New issues, devices, extra support time and ongoing maintenance are separate. Any additional paid work must be agreed through Fiverr before it starts.
