FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I need your brand name, logo (if available), preferred colors, target audience, design references, and any text or images you want included. If you have brand guidelines, you can share those too.
Will the Canva templates be editable?
Yes! I will provide editable Canva template links so you can customize text, colors, images, and other supported design elements yourself.
Do I need Canva Pro to edit the templates?
Not necessarily. I can use Canva Free elements where suitable. If a design contains Canva Pro elements, you may need a Pro subscription or need to replace those elements before exporting.
Can you match my existing brand identity?
Absolutely! I can follow your existing brand colors, fonts, logo, and visual style to create Instagram designs that feel consistent with your business.
What types of Instagram posts can you design?
I can design promotional posts, product showcases, educational graphics, quote posts, announcements, service highlights, testimonials, and other content suited to your needs.
Can you design templates for my specific industry?
Yes! I can tailor designs to industries such as beauty, real estate, fitness, fashion, coaching, restaurants, and other businesses. Please share your niche before ordering.
Will you write the captions for my Instagram posts?
This gig focuses on visual design. Caption writing and content planning can be discussed before ordering and may require a separate arrangement.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Revisions are available according to the package you select. Please review the package details and provide clear feedback so I can make the agreed adjustments.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive editable Canva template links and, where included in your package, exported files such as PNG or JPG for uploading to Instagram.
Can I use the designs for my business?
Yes. The designs are intended for your business or brand use, subject to Canva's applicable content and licensing terms. Please contact me if you have specific commercial-use requirements.
