Which HubSpot plan do I need?
HubSpot offers the prospecting agent on Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. Send me your plan before you order and I'll check that your portal has it turned on.
Are there HubSpot usage costs on top of this gig?
Yes. HubSpot charges $1 for each lead the agent recommends outreach for, and some subscriptions include monthly credits. You pay those costs to HubSpot, separately from this gig.
Will the agent send emails without my approval?
Only if you want it to. I set it up in review mode, so your team can review and edit every draft. Once you trust the output, HubSpot lets you switch it to fully autonomous mode.
Do I need to give you admin access?
Yes. Add me as a Super Admin (or a user with equivalent permissions) for the setup. You can remove my access once the work is delivered.
What happens after delivery?
