Do I need a Squarespace account before ordering?
Yes, you need a Squarespace site or plan. I only need contributor access, never your password. If you have no account yet, message me and I will explain which plan to pick before we start.
Can you redesign my site without losing content?
Yes. I keep your pages, text, images and blog posts unless you want them changed. I also check page names and links so nothing breaks during the redesign.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Fix and Edit: up to 3 fixes on your site. Build or Redesign: up to 5 pages. Booking-Ready Site: up to 10 pages plus full booking setup or a small store. Not sure which fits?
Can you set up online booking
Yes. Premium includes Squarespace Scheduling: appointment types, intake forms, reminders, calendar sync.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. Premium can include a store with up to 10 products, with product pages, categories, payment and shipping basics. Larger catalogs can be quoted as a custom offer.
Is SEO included?
Standard and Premium include on-page SEO basics: page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text and clean page structure. I cannot promise Google rankings, since those depend on competition and time.
Who pays for the domain and Squarespace plan?
You do. Squarespace hosting, your domain and any Scheduling plan are billed to you by Squarespace. I can help connect a domain you already own.
How long does delivery take?
Fix and Edit takes 2 days, Build or Redesign takes 7 days and Booking-Ready Site takes 10 days. Delays usually come from waiting on content, so send your text, images and logo early.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes. Revisions are included: 2 for Basic, 3 for Standard and 5 for Premium. Premium also includes 7 days of support. Extra work can be ordered as a small custom offer.
Will my site look good on mobile?
Yes. I check every page on phone, tablet and desktop before delivery and fix any spacing, image or menu problems.
