What if the issue can’t be fixed?
Some problems come from Wix platform limits or third-party apps. If that’s the case, I’ll explain clearly and suggest a workaround rather than hand over something half-done.
What do you need to start fixing my Wix website?
I need the website or affected page URL, a description of the problem, and a screenshot or screen recording if available. If the issue requires editing access, I will explain the appropriate access needed through Fiverr.
What is not included?
Redesigns, new pages or sites, custom feature development, problems on a third-party app’s servers, and content writing. SEO fixes correct settings, but rankings depend on many factors, so I can’t promise results.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Revisions cover the issues in your order. If new problems come up beyond that scope, I’ll quote them as an extra or a new order.
Do you work on Wix Studio and the regular Wix Editor?
Yes, both. I’ll ask which one you use when you order, since mobile and breakpoint behavior differs between them.
