Yes, with OCR. Quality depends on the scan, so please send a sample first and I'll confirm what is possible.
Do I need Python installed?
No. I can deliver a ready-to-run tool, an Excel file with a macro, or a cloud workflow - whatever fits your team best.
Is my data safe?
Your files are only used for your project and deleted after delivery on request. I'm EU-based and happy to sign an NDA.
What if my document layouts change?
The Premium package uses AI extraction that adapts to different and changing layouts, so new suppliers or formats don't break it.
Do you work in German?
Yes. Messages, calls, documentation and handover can be fully in German - ideal for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. German documents and number formats are no problem.
Do I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Fiverr automatically issues an invoice for every order, which you can download from your Fiverr account (billing section).
