Not at all! I can help beginners, intermediate developers, and experienced developers who are stuck on a specific problem. Just let me know your current experience level and what you're working on.
Can we work directly on my existing Godot project?
Yes! In fact, that's encouraged. You can share your project and we can work directly on the problem you're facing during the lesson.
What version of Godot do you teach?
I primarily work with Godot 4.x. If you're using a different version, please message me before ordering so I can make sure I can properly help with your project.
What can we work on during a lesson?
Almost anything related to Godot and GDScript, including gameplay mechanics, player movement, UI, signals, scenes, debugging, code organization, shaders, and project planning. If you're unsure whether I can help with something, send me a message before ordering.
Do you provide the code for me?
We can write and modify code together when appropriate. However, my goal is to help you understand what we're doing, rather than simply handing you a solution you don't understand.
Can you help me with a game I'm already making?
Absolutely. This is one of the main purposes of my service. We can troubleshoot your existing project, implement new features, review your code, or figure out what to work on next.
What should I prepare before the lesson?
Don't worry about preparing a formal lesson plan. Simply tell me what you're trying to accomplish and what you're struggling with. If we're working on an existing project, having the relevant project files ready will help us make the most of our time.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is best if you have one specific problem or want to try a single session. Standard If you're unsure, feel free to message me before ordering.
Can you teach me game development from scratch?
Yes! We can start with the fundamentals of Godot and GDScript and gradually build toward creating your own games. For complete beginners, I recommend starting with the Basic package so we can determine your goals and learning style before committing to a longer package.
