Do I need to ship the product to you?
Yes. You have 3 options. You can ship to our facility in USA, U.K or to our facility in Cape Town-South Africa. If your product is over 1lbs please let us know so we can assist you. The order countdown starts when we receive the product in hand.
Can I submit Important Points?
Yes. Please do. It helps us in creating the Text Overlay which communicates important facts and features about your product.
Is my video guaranteed to be accepted by Amazon
We comply with Amazon polocies and will work with you until your video is accepted.
What happens to the product after you are finished?
I do not return products. The product will either be donated to a local charity or it may be used in YouTube vlogs and videos which will offer you free product placement.
What is included in the Basic and Basic Plus Package?
The basic package is filmed in studio with a white background only. No lifestyle model is used only product closeups. No Revision is included in this gig. The Basic Plus includes a models hands/arms in the video which is useful for demonstrating a product.
What is included in the Standard Package?
The 15-60 seconds Full HD video is filmed in studio & location such as a home. A lifestyle model is used to demonstrate the product. It includes Captions & background music. No revision is included in this gig.
What is included in the Premium Package?
15-90 second HD video filmed in studio as well as an outdoor location, like back yard. I make use of a lifestyle model to demonstrate. Speak to me about locations available. 1 revision permitted. Text overlay & branding included. Ask about our Special and Cinematic gigs which include many extras.
What is a Lifestyle Model?
A lifestyle model is an attractive person but not a professional model. A more realistic representation of the average consumer - which is why we use them. Customers respond better to relatable looking people.
