How fast can you start?
Basic delivery is 1 day, Standard 2 days and Premium 3 days for the agreed scope. Message me before ordering urgent work so I can confirm availability, complexity and the access needed. Not every issue can be resolved within 24 hours.
Do you need my admin login?
Yes, WordPress admin access is needed for most fixes. Hosting/cPanel access may be required for server errors. Your credentials stay confidential, and I recommend changing passwords after delivery.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If I diagnose the problem and cannot fix it, you get a full refund. No risk to you.
Will my site data be safe?
Before changes, I verify an available backup and use staging where practical. Please tell me if you have no recent backup or if the site takes live orders. We will agree precautions and any maintenance window before work begins.

What do revisions include?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed repair: 1 in Basic, 2 in Standard and 3 in Premium. New issues, redesigns, new features and paid licenses are outside the original scope and may need a separate quote.
