I worked with BluePeak Home Services, an HVAC and plumbing company, to fix lead handling and appointment booking using GoHighLevel. They were getting inquiries from their website and ads, but response times were inconsistent, missed calls were not being followed up, and it was hard to track where each lead stood. I rebuilt their GoHighLevel account so the team could manage leads in a clear, repeatable way. I created a structured pipeline, standardized contact data with tags and custom fields, and set up automated responses so new leads were contacted immediately by text and email. I also added follow up sequences for leads that did not reply, and internal notifications so the office team knew exactly when to take action. To improve scheduling and reduce no shows, I configured their calendar flow with confirmations, reminders, and reschedule messaging. After setup, I tested the full journey end to end and cleaned up the account structure so it stayed easy to manage. The result was a smoother process, faster lead response, and a more organized system for booking and closing jobs.
