FAQ
Will my store stop selling during the migration?
No. We build and test the new Shopify store in parallel and switch on a date agreed with you, so your current store keeps selling.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
We create a URL-to-URL 301 redirect map before launch so your existing traffic and SEO are preserved.
Can you migrate customer passwords?
Platforms don't allow exporting passwords. We migrate customer accounts and set up an invitation email so customers can reactivate them.
Which platforms do you migrate from?
WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop and custom platforms. Message me if you use something else.
Is the Shopify plan or theme included?
No. The Shopify subscription and any premium theme or paid apps are paid by the client. We help you choose the right ones.
