What you get:

- Repeated page headers and "continued" rows removed
- Money, quantities and dates converted to real numbers and dates (not text)
- A Check sheet: rows extracted per page, and column totals compared with the totals printed in your PDF

How do I know if my PDF is text-based?
Open it and try to highlight a word with your mouse. If you can, it's text-based. If the whole page highlights like a picture, it's scanned: message me with a sample page first.
Will my numbers be real numbers?
Yes. Money, quantities and dates are converted so formulas and sorting work. Text like product codes stays text, so leading zeros aren't lost.
How do you check accuracy?
Every delivery includes a Check sheet. It shows the row count per page and compares column sums with any totals printed in the PDF. If something doesn't match, I tell you exactly where before delivering.
My table runs across 20 pages. One sheet or many?
One continuous sheet by default, with repeated headers removed. Ask for one sheet per page if you prefer.
Can you keep the PDF's exact look?
The goal is usable data, not a visual copy. Fonts, logos and page layout are not reproduced.
Do you handle bank statements?
Yes, if they're text-based. You may want to black out account numbers first; I don't need them.
Do you use AI or automation?
Yes: table-extraction tools and AI-assisted checks, then a review against the Check sheet. If your project must not involve AI, tell me before ordering and I'll decline.
Is my file kept private?
It's used only for your order, and I delete working copies after the order is complete.
