Do you do everything in WordPress for only $20?
No! The basic package of this gig covers only fixing one small WordPress issue (For example: a CSS fix, checkout continuous loading issue). If you want customization or if your issue is a complex issue and not a small one, you can contact me and get a custom offer.
Why Custom Offers are more preferred than Direct Orders?
If we discuss before making the order, I get to know everything in more details whereas A Direct Order will make me understand what you need if it is unclear, Then I'll have to inbox you and a lot of order time is spend discussing.
Will you work on any type of Website?
Yes, I will work on any kind of website except adult websites/unethical websites.
How can I Trust you?
I offer a Money Back Guarantee, If you're not satisfied. However, Before doing the work completely, I make sure I do some little task as a "Sample Work" which would make you trust me as well as have confidence in me. Also, if you are not satisfied then I will refund.
What if the issue comes back?
I will support and fix the issue again only if it comes back within 30 days. Normally if an issue has to re-occur it does occur within 30 days, otherwise even if the same things occurs again it may be because of updates on the website. You will have to get a quote for it again, no lifetime support.

Usually Your WP Admin Login. CPanel if Needed, if already provided without asking, it will be much appreciated!
Do you need login information before working on the website?
Sometimes login information is important to check things from the backend before working on the website. Sometimes the reason for this can also be to check how the website is set up, some people even have custom work done in Parent theme or they have a lot of plugins which are a problem to work on!
Will you use premium plugins on the website?
I sometimes rarely use premium plugins on the website and I can provide ways by which you can continue the updates for those plugins. Please consider communicating with me regarding that.
Will you charge extra for issues that take more time?
I charge more for issues that are bigger, even if it doesn't take more time for me to fix if it's not a simple fix I will charge accordingly.
Can you share your email if it's needed to complete the order?
Only in the rare case, I can provide my email address but only if we have a running order together and all communication must be done on Fiverr between you and me. The email will never be shared if you want communication or payment outside of Fiverr.
