Q: Do I need to give you admin access to my server?
A: Yes — I need Administrator permission to build. You can remove it the second I deliver. If you'd rather not, I'll build on a fresh server and hand you a one-click template link instead.
Q: What if I already have a server?
A: That's fine, and often better. I'll audit your existing structure, tell you exactly what's leaking permissions or losing members, and rebuild in place without wiping your history.
Q: Are the bots free or do I pay a subscription?
A: Everything in Starter and Growth uses free tiers of Carl-bot, Dyno and Ticket Tool. Premium tiers are optional. The custom bot in the Automation package is yours outright — no subscription, no vendor lock-in
Q: Who hosts the custom bot?
A: I'll deploy it free on Cloudflare Workers or a free-tier host and hand you full source code plus deployment docs. You own it. No monthly fee to me.
Q: Can you set up paid memberships
A: Yes. I integrate Whop, Stripe or Patreon so paying members are automatically granted their role and automatically removed when they cancel. This is the Automation package.
Q: Will you teach me how to manage it?
A: Growth and Automation include a Loom walkthrough and a written permissions map. You'll know exactly which role does what.
Q: Do you work with crypto, trading or NFT communities?
A: Yes, including wallet verification and token-gated roles. Tell me your chain and setup before ordering.
Q: What if I don't like the result?
A: Growth and Automation include unlimited revisions. I don't submit final delivery until you say it's right.
